The Customs Administration points out that from 1 January 2023, standard customs declarations and simplified customs declarations, as well as the transmission of the posted data of the simplified customs declaration within the scope of the posting in the declarant's accounts, must always be submitted electronically. The transitional arrangements end on this date.
Until the electronic implementation of the following customs procedures/procedure codes in ATLAS customs handling, the single administrative document can continue to be used as a paper-based customs declaration. More info...
