BAFA has published a questionnaire on reporting for the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains. This allows companies to check how they can fully comply with their reporting obligation from 01.01.2023.
All companies that fall under the scope of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains must regularly publish a report on compliance with the statutory due diligence obligations. The report is generated from the answers in a structured questionnaire. As of January, an electronic portal for the reports will be available at BAFA.
