The Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) has published initial information on its website on the concretisation of the reporting obligation of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains. BAFA provides guidance on the form and content of the required report and refers to a questionnaire that will be available in the future, which is to be the basis for the preparation of the report.
