With effect from 1 October 2022, Ukraine has acceded to the Convention on a common transit procedure. From this date, Ukraine can participate in the common transit procedure under the NCTS.
This provides the opportunity to open transit procedures that are to be terminated in Ukraine. In addition, all other options of the common transit procedure can be used without having to apply a TIR transit procedure.
