The Directorate General of the EU Commission (TAXUD) has published new codes for the filing of certain declarations in coded form on 10/03/2022.
The following codes are available for the declaration in ATLAS-Export:
Y813:"The banknotes intended for export are not subject to the export ban pursuant to Article 1za (1) of Regulation (EC) No 765/2006".
Y814: "Pursuant to Article 1za (2) of Regulation (EC) No 765/2006, the banknotes denominated in euro intended for export are not subject to the export prohibition of Article 1za (1) of Regulation (EC) No 765/2006".
The background is the published Council Regulation (EU) 2022/398 of 9 March 2022 amending Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and Belarus' involvement in Russian aggression against Ukraine.
