The Directorate General of the EU Commission (TAXUD) has published new codes for the filing of certain declarations in coded form on 09.03.2022 and 10.03.2022 respectively.
The following codes are available for the declaration in ATLAS-Export:
Y815: "The goods and technologies are not subject to the export ban pursuant to Art. 3f (1) of Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014"
Y816: "Exemption without authorisation pursuant to Art. 3f(3) or exemption subject to authorisation pursuant to Art. 3f(4) from the prohibition of export of Annex XVI goods pursuant to Art. 3f(1) of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014"
The background is Council Regulation (EU) 2022/394 of 9 March 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.
