The EU Commission informs that Madagascar, within the framework of the ESA (Interim Agreement Establishing a Framework for an Economic Partnership Agreement between Eastern and Southern African States on the one part and the European Community and its Member States on the other part), will apply the Registered Exporter System (REX) with effect from 01.01.2023.
For the granting of a tariff preference for goods originating in Madagascar, certain TARIC document codes must be declared as proofs of origin. These can be found in the following ATLAS-info.
