EU Dual-Use Regulation: Updating the Annexes

With the Delegated Regulation of 21 October 2022, the EU Commission has initiated the update of Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/821 (EU Dual-Use Regulation).

This Delegated Regulation is expected to enter into force at the beginning of January 2023. You can find more information on the BAFA website (under "List of goods").

There is, among other things, a draft non-binding overview of the changes in the upcoming Annex I.
