The Export Licenses, Licensing Codes and Electronic Depreciation Manual has been updated. The manual is available in version 11.0 (as of January 1, 2023).
The aim of the handbook is to provide information on the online declaration and online write-off of exports subject to licensing and to give an overview of the licensing codes relevant to foreign trade law in the export sector.
Changes of technical relevance compared to the previous edition are marked in italics.
It also explains how to code the declaration that goods declared for export do not require an export license and the legal effect of indicating codes in an export declaration.
