From 10.12.2021 onwards, the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (BLE) will be provided electronically with relevant exit data on a daily basis for all German export transactions with German export licenses.
The transmitted data serve as proof for the export of products subject to licensing and thus replace the previously used exit note generated from ATLAS-Ausfuhr. In these cases, the license holder is not additionally required to submit the exit note to the BLE.
For a proper transmission of the relevant exit data to the BLE, the products subject to licensing must be indicated in the export declaration at item level as a coded document.
