On April 15, 2022, the General Licence (AGG) No. 32 published by BAFA came into force. It facilitates the export of protective equipment and relief supplies to Ukraine and is valid until December 31, 2022.
The AGG favors exports of items numbered 0007f to 0007i and 0013 of Part I Section A of the Export List, as well as items numbered 1A004, 1A005, 6A003b4, 5A002a1, 5A002a2, 5A001h and 5D002c1 of Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2021/821.
For the declaration of AGG No. 32 the following new coding will be available in ATLAS-Export in the near future:
