The transitional arrangement for presenting the notification of arrival of the in the customs territory of the Union and the declaration for temporary storage will end on 31 December 2022. From 1 January 2023, these must be submitted electronically. In Germany, these are combined in the ATLAS-SumA IT procedure.
From 1 January 2023, the notification of arrival must therefore also be submitted electronically even in cases where no entry summary declaration was previously required.
The declaration for temporary storage must also only be submitted electronically via ATLAS-SumA from 1 January 2023. From that time forward Form 0306 or other paper-based declarations will no longer be accepted by the customs offices.
