The Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) has issued a general decree allowing the simplified export of narcotics for therapeutic use to Ukraine and its neighbouring countries, which are member states of the European Union.
The entry to be made in accordance with point 1.5 of the general ruling shall be divided in the export declaration between box 31 "Description of goods" and the box "Note" (item level).
It is pointed out that when using the facilitations according to the general ruling, a description of the goods in the field "Description of goods" for the goods to be exported must also be entered in the customs declaration (see ATLAS-Info 0300/22).
Another ATLAS message lists new codings for the declaration of certain declarations in coded form.
