On 1 January 2023, the new Supply Chain Due Diligence came into force. Until the end of 2023, the law initially applies to companies with at least 3,000 employees. From 1 January 2024, all companies with 1,000 or more employees must comply with the requirements. BAFA is responsible for monitoring compliance with the legal requirements.
