The EU Commission has imposed definitive anti-dumping duties on steel windtowers ("SWT") originating in China by means of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2021/2239 of 15 December 2021. The specificity of this anti-dumping duty is that only a certain proportion of the product is subject to the anti-dumping duty when imported as part of a wind turbine. The new unit of measurement "ENP" (Per EURO/national currency unit of a Member State of the net free-at-Union-frontier price of the product concerned, before duty) was introduced for the proportional calculation.
