On 30 May 2022, the European Commission published in the Official Journal (EU) C 211 series a notice pursuant to Article 4(17) of Protocol 1 to the Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the SADC EPA States.
In the case of export of the final product to the Southern African Customs Union, certain materials are excluded from cumulation between the European Union and certain African, Caribbean and Pacific States and the Overseas Countries and Territories of the European Union. A list of the materials concerned can be found in the notice.
