In addition to ATLAS-Info 0358/22 (see AWB-News of 12/09/2022), an ATLAS message provides information on the declaration of export and import transactions with destination/country of dispatch Ukraine from 01/10/2022:
ATLAS export: export transactions with destination country Ukraine
As of 01.10.2022, participants submitting export declarations using AES 2.4 certified software must indicate "EU" as the type of declaration (export) for export transactions with destination Ukraine.
ATLAS import: Import transactions with country of dispatch Ukraine
For imports with country of dispatch Ukraine (UA), the value "EU" must be entered in the field "Customs status" as of 01.10.2022.
