With the Delegated Regulation of 20 October 2021, the EU Commission launched the update of Annexes I and IV (in relation to the items covered by these Annexes) of Regulation (EU) No 2021/821 (EU Dual-Use Regulation).
Delegated Regulation 2022/1 of 20 October 2021 amending Regulation (EU) 2021/821 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the list of dual-use items was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 06.01.2022.
