Das „Handbook on Export Licences, Licence Codes and Electronic Cancellation“ wurde aktualisiert (Stand: Mai 2026).
This handbook provides information on the online declaration and deregistration of exports subject to authorisation. It also gives an overview of the authorisation codes relevant under foreign trade law in the field of exports.
Furthermore, it explains how to code the declaration that the goods declared for export do not require an export licence, and what legal effect the inclusion of codes in an export declaration has.
Should there be any changes to the legal situation, the handbook will be updated promptly by the authorities. In addition, a revision is generally carried out every three months. Technically relevant changes compared with the previous edition are highlighted in italics in the current version.
