The customs administration points out that document ‘U163’ (‘Declaration on the invoice or EUR-MED declaration of origin issued by an exporter on an invoice or other commercial document for a total value of originating goods not exceeding EUR 6,000’) for goods originating in the Pan-Euro-Med area does not currently automatically lead to the granting of reduced customs rates in the ATLAS system.
Until the technical adjustment is made, Customs recommends an alternative set of documents that will still allow the preference to be granted.
