The JUVE Tax Market Ranking 2022 analyses and evaluates German tax consulting firms in six regions and ten specialist areas, including AWB Steuerberatungsgesellschaft.
"The Münster-based firm continues to draw on the experience of its advisors and regularly covers the entire range of topics, such as rules of origin and customs value, often from the perspective of the valuation of R&D costs and licences". With regard to VAT advice, the Münster-based firm has mastered the full range of instruments for VAT advice and is once again making consistent use of the experience of its advisors, JUVE judges. In its assessment of customs and excise duties, JUVE emphasises that AWB was able to significantly increase its advice on excise duty issues. Furthermore, the JUVE evaluation states: "The unit also intensified its advice in other fields, such as export control law, for which it now cooperates with a US and Chinese law firm, and expanded its advisory spectrum into related legal areas such as the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Law."
