On the recommendation of the European Commission, in future "European Union" must generally be entered as the country of origin in box 2, line 1 and box 4 of movement certificates EUR.1/EUR-MED.
The movement certificates EUR.1/EUR-MED will be issued by the customs offices upon application and submission of a completed form. All documents required to prove the originating status must be attached to the respective applications.
