BAFA informs on its website about the upcoming amendments of Annex I and Annex IV of the Regulation EU 2021/821.
With the Delegated Regulation of October 20, 2021, the EU Commission has initiated the update of Annexes I and IV (with regard to the goods covered by these Annexes) of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/821 (EU Dual-Use Regulation). It is expected that this Delegated Regulation will enter into force at the beginning of January 2022.
