An ATLAS message informs about changes in customs declarations of goods originating in the Seychelles since 01 July 2023.
ATLAS will only grant the preferential benefits of the Economic Partnership Agreement between the Eastern and Southern African States and the European Union if the following document codes are declared:
1. invoice declaration or invoice declaration of origin made out by an exporter or other commercial document, neither under GSP nor EUR-MED, for a total value of originating goods not exceeding € 6000 (document code "U162")
2. invoice declaration or an exporter's declaration of origin on the invoice or other commercial document (document code "N864") in conjunction with the registered exporter's number (document code "C100").
