The Export Licensing, Licence Coding and Electronic Depreciation Manual has been updated. The manual is available in version 10.2 and reflects the status as of 7 March 2022.
The aim of the manual is to provide information on the online declaration and online write-off of exports subject to authorisation and to give an overview of the authorisation codes relevant to foreign trade law in the export sector.
Professionally relevant changes compared to the previous edition are marked in italics.
In addition, it explains how to code the declaration that goods declared for export do not require an export licence and what legal effect the indication of codes in an export declaration has.
