Supplier management

Regular risk analysis of the supply chain and establishment of a whistleblower procedure

In light of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, which came into force in 2023, it is more important than ever for companies to know their supply chain and have it analysed for risks.

The basic building blocks are regular risk analyses of the supply chain and the establishment of a whistleblowing procedure. The former in particular can be easily integrated into an existing compliance management system to ensure that obligations relating to the supply chain are met.

We can support you in analysing the risk of your supply chain, defining appropriate measures and finally implementing them. Do you already have an existing CMS? If so, we will be happy to help you integrate the new requirements of the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act into it.
