With ATLAS message 0255/2021, the Informationstechnikzentrum Bund informs about the increased incidence of missing exit confirmations at customs offices of exit in France with the destination Great Britain.
Invalidated export transactions run into the enquiry request 90 days after the release into the export procedure.
In April 2020, the time limit for invalidation in the enquiry procedure was increased from 150 to 360 days. In order to continue to allow confirmation of exit by means of a control result message from the customs office of exit or by means of alternative proof from the party involved, the time limit for invalidation in the enquiry procedure will be temporarily increased from 360 to 500 days.
