ATLAS: Technical changes, possibility of disruption in case of invalidation, export accompanying document and exit note

An ATLAS-info provides information on the following topics:

1. technical changes to the export application

The changes are related to the interface between ATLAS Export and EMCS, new requirements of the EU Commission and the subsequent commissioning of Central Customs Clearance Export (CCE). A detailed overview of the changes can be found in the ATLAS-info.

2. Possible disruptions in the event of an invalidation from 24.06.2023 to 01.07.2023

If a (designated) foreign customs office of exit is involved in an invalidation after release, there may be isolated disruptions between 24.06.2023 (maintenance window 03) and 01.07.2023 when a cancellation notification is sent. After the malfunction has been rectified, the cancellation notification will be processed by the system.

3. Export Accompanying Document (ABD) and Exit Note (AGV)

The printouts ABD and AGV are always created with the data of release AES 2.4. This applies regardless of the release of the application message (AES 2.4 or 3.0). This means that even for participants in the AES 3.0 message format, the ABD and AGV are output with the data of AES release 2.4 (downgrade). Exceptions are the MRN and the additional type of registration. Here, there is no downgrade for subscribers in the AES 3.0 message format.
