The additional duty for certain goods originating in the US is set at 0.164 per cent when imported into the EU (see Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/858 OJ L 111 of 26 April 2023). This affects four products with the CN codes:
- 0710 40 00
- ex 9003 19 00 („Base metal setting“)
- 8705 10 00
- 6204 62 31
Furthermore, an ad valorem duty of 4.3% is additionally imposed on these goods originating in the USA.
The European Commission shall annually review the level of suspension and adjust it to the extent that the benefits accruing to the Union at that time are being offset or reduced by the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act (CDSOA). The Commission shall also amend the additional import duty rate or the list in Annex I under certain conditions laid down in Regulation (EU) 2018/196.
