The list of dual-use items is regularly updated. On 25 May 2023, the European Commission published Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/996 from 23 February 2023 in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Regulation contains the current list of dual-use items (Annex I of the Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821). The amendments entered into force on 26 May 2023.
