BAFA has published the updated recording list on its website.
The recoding list is intended as a tool to check whether goods classified according to the List of Goods for Foreign Trade Statistics could be subject to export control.
The recoding index takes into account the status of Annex I of the EU Dual-Use Regulation by Regulation (EU) 2023/996 of 23 February 2023, the status of the Export List by the Nineteenth Ordinance amending the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance of 21 December 2022 (BAnz AT 23.12.2022 V1) as well as the chapters of the List of Goods for Foreign Trade Statistics for 2023.
