The list of dual-use goods is regularly updated to ensure compliance with international obligations. Against this background, the European Commission has published an update to Annex I of the Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821 with Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2003.
The amendments entered into force on 15 November 2025.
Export Licence Handbook updated
The Export Licence Handbook, Licence Codes, Electronic Deregistration has been updated (as of 3 November 2025). It provides comprehensive information on online registration and deregistration of exports subject to licensing. It also provides an overview of the authorisation codes relevant to foreign trade law in the area of exports.
The handbook is aimed at various target groups, including companies and exporters, customs authorities and customs agents, service providers in the field of foreign trade, and compliance experts.
