Following the publication of the Combined Nomenclature (CN) for 2026, the Federal Statistical Office has published the goods list for foreign trade statistics for 2026. This will replace the 2025 version on 1 January 2026.
Changes have been made in chapters 28 (lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt oxides and lithium iron phosphate), 29 (addition of new subheadings, e.g. decabromodiphenyl ether, perfluorooctanoic acids and their salts), 38 (including photovoltaic wafers) and 85 (including generators with hydrogen fuel cells).
A tabular overview from the Federal Statistical Office shows that a total of 27 new numbers have been added, 14 numbers have been declared invalid and no numbers with changes to their content have been reused.
