On July 17, 2024, the export listwas updated by the 21st Ordinance amending the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance. The current official version is published in the Federal Law Gazette (Federal Law Gazette 2024 I No. 243 of 22.07.2024) as Annex 1 of the 21st Ordinance amending the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance of July 17, 2024.
The Export List, which entered into force on July 23, 2024, as Annex AL to the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance, determines the scope of national licensing requirements for military equipment and dual-use goods and is divided into two parts.
Part I Sections A and B of the Export List list the goods (goods, software and technologies) to which the restrictions of the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance apply. Part II of the Export List lists the goods of plant origin to which the restrictions of Section 10 AWV apply.
