Every year, "Who's Who Legal" identifies the leading legal practitioners and consulting experts in business law. The services of AWB Steuerberatungsgesellschaft and AWB Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft are also listed in the context of Prof. Dr. Hans Michael Wolffgang, whom "Who's Who Legal" describes as follows:

Prof. Wolffgang was appointed Professor of Customs and Foreign Trade Law at the University of Münster in 1995 (www.wwu-customs.de). He promotes scientific research in the field of customs and advises on customs matters. In addition to his academic activities at the University of Münster, he is co-founder of AWB Steuerberatungsgesellschaft and AWB Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft.
Together with the AWB team, Prof. Wolffgang has been advising German and international companies on customs matters and export control law for many years. The spectrum of services ranges from the analysis of internal processes to negotiations with authorities and court proceedings before the European Court of Justice.
Prof. Wolffgang is also an honorary member of various advisory bodies. These include working groups of the German Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors, the European Commission and the World Customs Organization. He is the author and editor of a number of publications on customs and foreign trade law, including the World Customs Journal.
