With the announcement of 1 August 2023, the Federal Office of Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) has revised existing General Licences (AGG) and created five new AGGs.
The following changes apply from 1 September 2023:
• National AGGs Nos. 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31 and 32 will be republished with substantive changes.
• The new AGGs Nos. 33, 34, 37, 38 and 39 are newly issued.
In an ATLAS-Info, the ITZBund announces the document codes to be used for the declaration in ATLAS-Export.
