The European Union has published Council Regulation (EU) 2022/263 of 23 February 2022 concerning restrictive measures in response to the recognition of non-government-controlled areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine and the deployment of Russian forces in those areas.
The Directorate General of the EU Commission (TAXUD) has published new codes for the filing of certain declarations in coded form on 25/02/2022.
