The updated procedural instructions for the ATLAS IT procedure are available on the website of the German customs administration. The document is dated February 2024.
Technical changes compared to the previous version are shown in italics in the procedural instructions. In addition, amended paragraphs are indicated by margin bars.
The content covers, for example, the recording of the movement of goods, the submission of the entry summary declaration, the EU Trader Portal, the notification of control measures and the interface to ZEUS.
